Booking Fees:

• £1,000 for 7 nights (up to 4 people)
• £1,500 for 7 nights (from 5 to 8 people)
• Deposit of 1/3 payable on confirmation of booking or 2 months in advance
• Full price payable before arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Non-refundable cancellation charge for cancellation made 8 weeks or less before arrival.

Restrictions:

• Strictly non-smoking.
